Current setup: The site uses browser storage to remember your cookie notice choice and whether the newsletter invitation has already appeared. Optional Google Analytics runs only after you select Allow analytics.
Essential storage
Older versions stored fox-cookie-choice when you dismissed the cookie notice. This did not give permission for analytics. The site also stores
fox-newsletter-popup-seen so the newsletter invitation
does not open automatically again as you browse or return. You can still
open it at any time using the Newsletter button on any page. If local storage is
unavailable, the invitation preference is kept for the browser session
where possible. These preferences contain no email address and do not
sign you up to marketing emails.
Form security
Server-side forms use a temporary session cookie for CSRF protection.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, engagement, device and approximate location information, traffic sources and clicks on our contact buttons. It uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* with a lifetime of up to 180 days. Analytics is not loaded when you select Essential only. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. We do not send form contents, newsletter email addresses, order details or full WhatsApp links to Analytics.
Managing storage
You can change your choice using on this page or in the footer. Your analytics choice is stored in fox-analytics-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. Choosing Essential only stops Analytics and removes its cookies. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Clearing the invitation preference, using a different browser or a new
private browsing session may show the invitation again.
